Sarah McKinnon, is an overly honest, energetic and very anxious twenty-something girl who left behind the lights of New York City for a small community to find faith as a New Believer in Christanity and the real matters of day to day life. Oh, and one big thing - some peace. Sarah transparently discusses what she’s learned from a lifelong battle of mental health from anxiety, multiple forms of Obessive Compulsive Disorder, depression and life in recovery of being a suicide survivor.
