It looks like a stonewall penalty just after 2:25:00. However, the referee was on the field and positioned in a way that he could see the negative space between the NY Shockers defender and FC Berlin attacker. From the referee’s view, the Shockers player went through the ball and only made contact with the ball, forcing the ball out for a corner kick. Shockers did not make direct contact with the Berlin opponent; she only made indirect contact through tackling the ball away. The Berlin player fell down and got hurt from her landing. The referee was already certain of it being a corner, and to make it look like a team decision, conferenced with his AR2 during the stoppage. The AR2 confirmed the decision by telling the referee that he had the same thing as the referee.
