I mostly play Persona games but am also trying to expand my horizon on other games. If for some reason I don't stream, it's either because of my wifi, mother nature, work or OBS. I hope you'll enjoy your stay here ^^
@@xanderd-p1k Unfortunately it's due to a combination of having to drop the fps (just to hope I don't crash in the middle of streaming), the WiFi bandwidth, it's just how it post from the raw file, and hardware limitations
It is until you have to go against bosses that either have ridiculous amount of health or a dungeon that would take forever. And sure ice does have the health and high resist to tank but damage wise is not that good.
If you're trying to do new game plus maniac, then it won't work because you have to do start a new game for that difficulty. If you're just playing from beginner (I think that's what the first difficulty is called but don't quote me on that because it's been way too long since I last played p3p) to hard mode it will transfer your final level from MC and all endgame equipment with all the persona in the compendium. I apologize this turned into a paragraph. One more thing, your party members levels will reset, which means you have to level them again.
@@marinkastle3588 I did the regular game on maniac mode so can I just do new game plus on a different game mode like hard mode or do I need to continue new game plus on maniac
Unfortunately they do reset which means you have to do all quest from Elizabeth again. However, if you did complete all of them on the first playthrough, then you can either skip them or redo them. The one quest i recommend if you're low on money due to rng not being kind in terms of fusion, is the bloody button quest by defeating the reaper and once you turn it in, you get 5 million yen. Hope this helps and I apologize for the long response.
@@mrnun76 Well then whatever you have from your first playthrough will get carried over to new cycle except for your social links, and your party member's levels from when you finished the game.
You do very easy on your first play through if you want to get to new game plus easier and faster then do the hardest difficulty for new game plus so you can experience everything the game offers
If i complete with manic mode can i keep my persona compendium? The game said when you choose that mode its tell you all your data will be erased (like status money level etc)
If you complete maniac mode, your data will not carry over at all. Basically whatever progress you made on maniac mode will not carry over on New Game Plus.
Yes at my first thought i think all my progrest progress will reset but when i chosse other mode it turns out that i still keep my level and status. I just found out some on internet said " As everything resets even flags this means you can only leave a Maniac playthrough with your progress if you pick other difficulties, but when starting a new cycle any attempt to start Maniac will do the full reset." It turns out that you still keep your progress exp the item and S.L
@@marinkastle3588 it's okay i also don't play this game in past 5 years and its my first time complete this game in manic mode😂😂. Thank you for your help thou😁. Have a nice day.
@@DetectiveWW so basically you get to keep your level 99 and 3 important stats like courage intelligence and charm and get a new sword and that’s it whoever you lose all your personas and weapons and items given and but you do get a advantage of to get the sees girls attention and do their social link early
First normal game is where you have to build your social stats such as knowledge to pass exams and work on a certain social link, charm to work on a certain social link (depending on which MC you play as), and courage (I'll have to look up if maxed courage is required for anything due to I have not played this game in quite a while), money will be an issue early game but you can work at 3 separate places and sell items you get during dungeon runs to get extra cash, and exp will be gained while you are doing Tartarus runs, killing the full moon bosses, and farming monad which you can unlock via a certain way. New cycle data pretty much makes the game a joke if you have ultimate equipment for everyone except you have to redo social links again and your party member levels won't transfer so in short you have to level them up again. (Sorry for this long paragraph). 😅
It pretty much makes a second playthrough much easier such as having all your personas you got on the first playthrough in your compendium, the amount of yen you ended the game with, ultimate equipment, and stats that were required to level up if you were working on social links for whatever reason.
@@ThiccFurryBoi34 Key items from social links you keep and I think also from doing Elizabeth/Theo requests. In terms of normal gear, I think you can still keep them (I could be wrong on this and if so, I apologize in advance).
@@ThiccFurryBoi34 I think just your items for healing, buffing, and attack. (I could be wrong so you may want to look it up. I haven't played portable in a while plus my memory can be that of a goldfish sometimes)
So um, if you acquire new game plus, you're data will not reset?? How about the high level persona's like Thanatos? Will it reset? Or is available in new game plus?? You can change gender, I see, but what about the social links??
In new game plus, your money, personas, whatever level you finished the game on, and your gear. Social links unfortunately reset which means you have to redo the social links again. Also the heavens door does transfer to new game plus.
@@yajest9283 Yea whatever is left in your data will get transferred minus the social links. Except if you're going for Orpheus telos then you have to max all social links in order to make that persona which is a pain to deal with cause you have tartarus, quests, and bosses to deal with so it's like when can you find time to max all of them out.
@@yajest9283 It depends if I remember anything else cause I haven't played this game in a while and I'm currently playing persona 5. Definitely not looking forward to a certain dungeon but yes you may ask and I shall try to answer to the best of my abilities.
