Damn, that EP is so freaking good. I remember when i saw the Mind's I record at the record shop way back in the day. Grabbed it as soon as i saw it and ran back home. Didn't disappoint.
When I'm listening to vektor I keep imagining some aliens made this.Their music is so out of this world and so different from any other bands I have listened to
Why is the lyric of trialed by fire incomplete in the booklet? Anyone has the whole lyric? Google will just bring the same as the booklet or from the new version which is totally diferent

The 1996 version of Son of Nothing is simply the better version, sad that this album didn't have the same production as they managed on that song in 1996
When I heard this album (dear god, it's been 15 years ago already ?!) I knew it was going to be a total masterpiece at first listen, especially when I reached that part between 8:47 to 9:38 ... when you have somebody able to put on the table 5-6 ideas one after another with that spectacular ''avalanche'' feeling, typical of the best prog bands, but they are actually playing speed-thrash riffs... I knew I was listening to the best metal album of the last 15+ years (now 30...).
This is still the most ferocious Death-Thrash Metal band ever from Canada, and Show's more darkness the vocals were so intense and liked a possessed demon and the barks stood its quintessence, the guitars, bass and drums were so on the line, heavier than Slayer at the time they release South of Heaven yet so underrated many modern bands today couldn't replicate this kind of style in Thrash but there are so many great underrated bands as well in today, just as this one is heavier and so unique such a classic and timeless.
