Hi: I am thinking of taking this certificate but have this doubt: How much time it takes (in hours if possible) to complete the preparation of each exam either via self-study or guided learning
From my understanding the video is telling you to concentrates on arranging, estimating, acquiring, item get together, moving, putting away, and monitoring your product.
1. The Business models used : Outcome versus Transaction Based ( not just who would take care but take charge ) 2. Focus on what and not how: In Traditional model the buyer issues SOW - and tells then how . In vested you don't dictate the SOW. The SOW is created by vendor - you just create objectives 3. Desired Outcome - Clearly define and measure them - not the SLA's 4. Pricing models with incentive 5. Insight versus oversight governance structure #Greatinsight #vestedoutsourcing

Very good information in such a short period of time. I have purchased legal services before for two large governmental orgs and it was harder to get stakeholder support from law departments than anyone else. THE big concern from law is that procurement won't understand the need to select based on value rather than low price. I am a lawyer turned procurement professional and it was hard to persuade. Procurement has to empathize about whether user will trust firms and what will count as success.
