No! Just keep the place clean and natural..that’s it. Or at least only develop one area...the rest keep it natural. Hopefully I can visit the place one day as I learned that some parts look like the Seychelles with the distinct granite rocks.
It's 2022 , I'm guessing the indigenous folks got bought. Developers & partners have been promoting more for real estate investors calling it a THEMED SUSTAINABLE LIVING".
Hay developers just keep on destroying the natural resources. Government should put a stop to this! Imagine those flora, fauna, and indeginous people mentioned will be displaced or destroyed totally!!!
I went here, but didnt get to see the wonder of it. Some damn resort was putting billboards in Puerto Princesa and in San Vicente, which makes you think that the area worth visiting is on their beach front. Turns out, it wasnt a very long stretch of white sand.... There were barriers. They should specifically tell people, where to get off. WHICH part of town can they see this so called long white beach.
Got my skyway (cable car) can enjoy forest natural beauty ,my airport in my palawan private island,5 star Hilton hotel ,my ISTANA TUN Nik and manymore .Co founder Kelantan phase1,2 world multibillion and your king.
Looks like a city plan - so many places in Thailand, China, Mexico and other places in the Philipines has been destroyed with these kind of plans - Masacre
Let the tarnished and severely abused islands of Boracay and the Phi Phil Islands (Maya Bay) come as serious lessons of what NOT to do. Firm limits need to be established. There needs to be a BALANCE between enjoyment of nature, and protection of the environment and surrounding cultures and communities. Self-centered greed, the lack of forethought of the impact of these developments, and only thinking about the bottom line will surely ruin San Vicente. The reason why we go to these places is because there isn't any major development in the first place. There's a raw beauty to Palawan that concrete pavements can never replace.
Hi po, may i ask for a permission po? can i get some clips po from this video, yung view lang po ng san vicente, we will use lang po sana for the teaser ng upcoming outreach po namin dyan sa sanvicente. Thank you in advance. 😊

I really don't agree with libre. Pag sinanay natin ng libre hanggang kaina magiging libre. "Give a man a fish and he will have fish for today. Teach him how to fish and he will have fish forever."
Big NO ako sa Project. It will just destroy its Natural Beauty. The reason why Palawan is booming is because of its Natural Beauty so if u modernize it, it will no longer be as Pristine as it is now. And besides pwede ma controll ung squatters dian through the help of our local government but making it industrialized will not help but will in fact become just like what happen to Dirty Boracay! Let's learn what happened in Boracay. Small restaurant, a small place to stay in will make place more Authentic and more beautiful. This place is meant for those who appreciate nature! And let us keep it that way!
I dont understand these people saying KEEP ITS NATURAL BEAUTY, DO NOT DEVELOP IT. Wtf? Palawan has growing foreign visitors, if you dont develop it, squatters will be the first to occupy those lands you dont want to develop! And then what? It will look like Boracay with so many squatters. They better develop this for the BETTER. Get a life stupidos.
I really wouldn't do this. We saw what overdevelopment because of Mass tourism can do. Look at Boracay or places in Thailand. The natural beauty of these beaches should never be taken for granted. If this happens, it's yet another hidden gem gone
I'm not comparing Thailand and Boracay for of the quality of turquoise water or white sand, I'm saying that both places were destroyed by tourism and overdevelopment. Boracay used to be great before development and poor sewage damaged the environment, that's why they closed it. Thailand may not be as nice but it was also harmed by mass tourism similar to Boracay. I just hope the same bullshit doesn't happen with San Vicente
I disagree of what was your false accusation. Before they go in politics they are already Billionaire due to logging and they own the Colombian Motors in Manila
Patrick Yu "Before they go in politics they are already Billionaire due to logging and they own the Colombian Motors in Manila" - YEAH they became billionaire becoz they were doing business with the corrupt politicians who gave them logging permits in natural forests, ancestral domain of Indigenous Filipinos, that's why they were able to become billionaires.. Parang Enrile lang, and so many other billionaires who paid off politicians and government officials to get rich... even Drug Lords do that when they bring in drugs...
Oh really so the old Government Agency are the bad guys, but my question is Do they oppressed the Aetas and mountain people? How come nobody come to Provincial Capitol and opened up all there BS in San Vicente. Give me more info if you have some more insiders. I am not pro and Fan of Alvarez Clan. I just heard before like of Tony, JCA, AVG. But they are not oppressor as far as I know. They are just Big Time Loggers.
Patrick Yu all the billionaires in philippines who go into politics ARE never in it for public service, they are in it for the MONEY, to protect their business interests, to expand their business, to make more money... u think pacquiao joined politics coz he cares for filipinos??.. u think villar joined politics coz he actually cares about filipinos??? NO... NOT ONE of them.. they are all trying to milk off of government privileges...
I do agree with your opinion and it is true in a Democratic World or Country always has the advantage of rich people. In the USA alone, the likes of Koch Brothers lobby more in the congress to protect there interest of business empire . They are the biggest campaign fund donors during election times. They don't rely on the President but congress that make the law.
I do hope that this paradise is protected from harmful urbanization please protect and save the beauty of your island... Good job to the wonderful people of san vicente make your island clean 🙏😉
