*About the Instructor*: Conor Kyle has written for Shudder's Creepshow (2019) and placed twice in the Nicholl Fellowship with his scripts “Peter and the Wolves” (quarterfinals, also Launchpad top 10) and The Tube (semifinals). His screenplays have also been featured on special sections of the annual Hit List, Young & Hungry List, Spec Book, and on Tracking Board’s “Best Writers of the Year” booklet. He writes everything from stage musicals to Westerns to horror movies.

The new Sabrina is so good! I loved the original. But they completely different. But the Charmed reboot is just not enjoyable. It has too much PC wording. When your life is fighting demons each week who cares about micro aggressions, it’s the macro aggression of a demon trying to possess people, kill them, try to over throw God that matters! I don’t like a large portion of Interstellar. GOTG! Love it! I’m so tired of Batman movies! We need a five year moratorium on any new Batman movie! I loved Batman until it every year and the backstory had to be told again and again and again,and the plots have become so thin! I love the Incredibles! Never saw Heat. Loved Oceans 11!
The most interesting part of this was how you outlined your Lovercraftian story. I liked how you set out all your notes and would have like a template or even a closer look at that. These Q&A style sessions are not so helpful to me.
You look young to be that smart. ;) I am a beginner at writing and my favourite genre is Sci-Fi and I do write Poems, but this video was very informative and helpful! <3
Really sorry about that, there was an issue with the input levels during the recording. It appears that RU-vid no longer has a way to boost the level in post. If anyone knows how to do this please contact me, but for now I think it's sadly stuck like this. No idea why this ended up being my most viewed video, but in any case I have a ton more on the channel so I hope you guys check them out (or join us on Discord!)
I'd say a bit of both - the linguistics are really developed and definitely the core idea of the movie. But the logistics of the aliens' travel technology (their ship dissolves into mist?) and time perception are left a little softer and less defined.
