Before I gave my life to Christ I wondered why the pulpit say people run from God. I disagree. They might avoid church but not God. I’m a prove it to you. I lost my father at 16 and a half. The worst time of my life. No one in my immediate family knew God. My life was very sinful sexually, sales, and gambling. During these years I tried church. Never heard anything concerning sin. Dated a police the sales stopped. Started working at Hostess in 2000. Met a woman who knew Jesus. Attended her church. Was baptized with the Holy Ghost from the laying on of hands. Started learning God and his voice from his Bible. Been walking in the freedom of Christ 15 years with no sin setbacks. Because what I learned is most people is connected to the pulpit and the pews. Not Jesus. Your nature becomes like God when you connected to Jesus and you do not say one thing and live another. Your life and your words line up with God’s Bible. You never run from God. You walk with him and he walks with you. He never leads you back in the sin direction he brought you from.
You can't understand something you haven't been through. If that sounds rude im very sorry its hard to make a text not seem so harsh lol. But I understand what it means mostly because I'm going through a season like that right now where Ive been running from God. And it means is to avoid him. Sin seperates us from God and sometime when u sin pride or shame can get in the way and keep you from going to God especially when you know you're wrong and need to repent and ask for Gods forgiveness. It's hard to tell God you messed up and show up before him when you've done something & some people run from their purpose. They won't go where God tells them. 🤷🏽♀️. Sometimes when I'm wrong I avoid God comepletly or I keep my prayers really short and not invite him in and let him know whats going on. It may sound silly to you and you may disagree but its just onw of those things where you have to go through it to understand it.🤷🏽♀️

Jesus is the trap Jesus uses to catch the sin of Satan. And once Jesus has a hold of your flesh there’s no running around after sin anymore. You’ll walk after the spirit and not the flesh. Those not in Christ are still in their old sins. God makes you new in him. So it’s no way being new you want anything old. Let God Make You in his image( newness) and you’ll never want sin ever again. Besides sin is dangerous
Evidently you didn't watch the video. He never said homosexuality was fine, what he said was homosexuality was not the only sin, it's just the only sin that church people call out while they dabble in all the other sins!
@@sundaysoulfood Homosexuality is NOT a sin. It is listed as an 'abomination' along with wearing two different threads in our clothing and shellfish. It is a preferred taste, not a sin.
Thank You Apostle Isaac Miles for bringing so much clarity and putting things in proper perspective. What you just ministered is the Gospel of Jesus Christ. There are too many "pastors/leaders" trying to address homosexuality without love and compassion and unfortunately from a self righteous standpoint. It takes the Holy Spirit to minister with that level of clarity to a hurting people. Can you please educate and train the other PHARISEES(BISHOPS/PASTORS) in the pulpit?
