Aaron, very nice video and walk through. If this model that you just showed on the video is $200K, well then, that would be a great price. Obviously, the Interior decorations and furniture put a nice finishing touch on the "ambiance," but is not included in the sale price of the home. QUESTION: Where specifically is the model home located, i.e., "County and Township"??? QUESTION²: I have been viewing several videos on different builders in the State of Texas and have noticed that you seem to get a lot for your money. Is this primarily due to the cheaper price for the actual land?? Probably, less "red tape" as well?? Thank you in advance and keep up the great work. 😎
It would be nice to see new homes that do not cater to traditiona families. I would like to see something that has 4 bedrooms, 4 baths, large bedrooms, large bahrooms but basic --you know tub/shower, toilet sink with plenty of floor space, windows, and vanity with storage. The ting is, not all of us are that interested in the "Master bedroom --its one modal of "family but not all failies. Some of us prefer to have our own bedrooms even though we are married and have 2.3 children.

Can you please put in the comment a description of the builder, sq footage , the number of bd/ baths and price and style. It would really help especially those of us living outsude of Texas.

Would it be too much to ask from u if u state the city , name of the community and the name of the floor plan u r showcasing? We can get online and search all the options of the different home plans that will be available and from then on once we see what’s there and prices we will make the decision as to get in touch with you, thanks
It’s a beautiful house. However the house entrance is too narrow. Wish a bit bigger. And The bathrooms should always have windows to allow the fresh air flowing in through instead using the fans.
@@Masatao1 Pricing varies on the homes depending on upgrades, features, and the lot size chosen. This home as it sits is the model so the builder puts just about every upgrade they can into it. As it sits here I believe it was around the middle 500k range. Keep in mind pricing is subject to change every month. Give me a call and we can discuss details! 😊
