Can I ask what reliability testing tool/sotware mainly used? at 0:31, it looks like SQL database or kind of? What metrics you use when doing the testing and how much reliability you can control based on data? From what I know from my internship, I guess in the manufacturing industry, a lots of changes happen during the process that are not easy to predict or control on time. So how use deal with these changes with data tools?
