I love prophet T.B. Joshua, but I must have to disagree with him on this one. The prayer of "return to sender" is scriptural because Satan uses people as agents to do his work. If the people he is using are made to take back the pain they cause others, they will will think twice about sending evil arrows to harm others. See Psalm 7:16, "The trouble they make for others backfires on them. The violence they plan falls on their own heads."(NLT) for a better translation, see the KJV.
