PAL has fallen behind big time and the service crew needs retraining with good customer service. We all pay the same fares and should be treated equality without the rude and arrogant attitude. The PAL advertising and promo are impressive but under delivery. PAL needs to step it up and improves their overall services otherwise they are doomed.
I can testify to this. I fly PAL kasi kasya ako sa upuan its not just because I want to be comfortable pero imagine mo naka eroplano ka pa tacloban isang oras tapos ang sakit ng tuhod mo dahil sa masikip na legroom ng CebPac. Pag matangkad ka magtyaga ka talaga e ang tangkad ko is mahaba ang legs ko so I needed an airplane na talagang kaya ang legroom ko. When I arrived sa Tacloban via cebpac halos di ako makatayo isang oras ka ba naman na namulupot sa masikip na upuan e. Nag PAL na ako pabalik ng Manila, and wow.KASYA AKO 😂
