I love your beautiful and original (to me) way of creating with a gelli plate. Thanks so much for sharing, and for the simple and effective registration device x
Thank you so much... I'm very new to the gel plate, but have looked at a lot of videos... I get an image in my head, and I try to think how to achieve it. So the technique I've used here, is a bit from other artists and a bit of my own thoughts.... But I guess that is how we all make our art? Some inspiration from here and there, mixed with our own doings?? Anyways, I do love to experiment like this, and there will be more.... love, Elisabeth
Thank you so much for this amazing tutorial 💡 ❤❤❤ Your art is so inspiring! I love 💕 this! You’re such a great teacher as well 😊 I enjoyed the video thoroughly!
Ohhh, thanks for all those lovely comments! I so appretiate it, and I'm so happy I can inspire....and it's kinda wonderful that you think I teach well... I do what I love, and I try to explain to the best of my ability, in a language that isn't my native one... Hope to see you soon, and have a beautiful week...love and hugs, Elisabeth

Hi Cheryl Thanks so much for a great video. I am going to try these techniques as I have a few different colours but not used them much. This has really inspired me to get them out !! Many thanks for sharing your great ideas. xo
Thank you so much, Linda...I'm kinda obsessed with the gelpress now...!! I've just used it like 4 times before this series, but now I'm going to use it a lot!! It's really addictive...! Hugs, elisabeth
Yes, the leaf part of the stencil does stick. The reason I made a mask is because the stencil is thicker than the mask paper, so when you go to stamp the words, it leaves a bit of an edge where the stamp can't get right up next to the leaf because of thickness of the plastic stencil, so there is a space without lettering next to the leaf. You can do it that way, but I did it this way because I like the words to come all they way up to the leaf. I hope that makes sense! Good question!!! :)
Ohhh, thanks a lot! So happy for all subscribers...! Hope you found more of my tutorials? If you wonder about anything, please pm me... have a beautiful week... love n' hugs, Elisabeth
Thank you so much, Kate.... I love to play with the gel plate, but very new at it, so this adventure is trial and error and a lot of fun! Have a wonderful week... love and hugs, Elisabeth
Thank you so much... The 2. pull with the blue colors is just brayered on, and then I place the paper on it when still wet, give it a good rub, and then pull. I know some leave the paper on after the rub for some time, but I think that depends on the paper. I think that with the copypaper I use (160gsm), I'll be afraid that the paper will stick to the gel plate if I leave it on to long...if that makes any sense? Love, Elisabeth
Love using A Gel plate ! it's so satisfying and fun not knowing what you will get 😁 but most times I fall in love with the images I make ..and its addictive ..Thanks for sharing your lovely blue piece of work ..
Thank you so much for the lovely words...! Yes, this is a brand new adventure for me, and I must admit, I'm a bit obsessed with the gel plate! I just love the artsy feel you get, and the last pull is always so exiting! As you say, you'll never know what you'll get... hope to see you next time. I'll show another totally different technique...hugs Elisabeth
Hey Katherine, what a fabulous card, I have bought a gel plate but have been too afraid to use it yet, your video makes it look so easy I might now have a try 🙂 can I ask how much water to how much Dinkles did you put in your little spray bottles? Thank You from the UK, Wendy XxX
Hi Wendy, Thank you ! I would say about 1/8 of a teaspoon not sure how big the bottles are but you can definitely play with how bright you want it, add more or water it down if it's too intense. Have fun!
Thank you so much for your lovely words! So happy you found me, and hopefully you'll keep on watching! I'm usually on here every Tuesday, so see you around... love & hugs Elisabeth
