Hi Pauline, how are you? What I did was I sent them the screenshot photos of my bag and the damaged area, the confirmation email for proof too. So when they responded to my email, they didn’t ask for the confirmation email anymore. They are also fast in trying to fix my bag problem. Just try to ask them first regarding your problem and attach the needed proof that your bag is authentic. They might be able to help you out. Hoping for a positive outcome after this ☺️

I tasted them befoee and thought that the hype when they stareted here was too big. Initially i thought, What's all the hype about? Di naman sya ganun ka special. Mas matamis at masarap yung competitors nya Then i realized, The not-too-sweet flavor is actually a plus factor. Getting old, i prefer not to sweet of anything. Randy's is great... Big, dense, soft (US ingredients) and not to sweet... Overall great 😊

Hello, I’m not sure if it’s allowed to swim if there’s no bookings for the room. Usually at the entrance gate, guards ask for booking details. But it’s best to check their website or contact them directly just incase they offer what you need. ☺️
I lived in Subic Bay for 12 years and still don't understand why people swim in that polluted bay, though the water is clear, you can still get serious infections, I was on Antibiotics for 2 weeks!, that is why resorts have pools!!
Because it’s one of the closest area that we could find. Batangas has been dangerous at the moment for swimming due to the active volcano and so far we’ve been ok after going back to subic many times. It’s pointless to go to a beach resort and just swim to the pool.

I'm not sure but if the LV pocket is the same size as my chanel wallet then it will fit the bag. However, you'll be having a hard time closing the bag or putting it inside and getting your LV pocket out from the Polene microbag.

Meron namn sya mga bato but for us ok naman so far that’s why bumabalik kami sa place. For smaller kids, mas better and safer to let them wear feet protection lalo na sa water area to avoid problems.
