Lads , what a bit of a joke! Like whoever's doing these highlights have know interest in football, literally no highlights and especially the build up to the goal and seeing the players celebration after not showing any of it! The game is about passion and you didn't show it at all! Crap highlights
RTE coverage of the championships has been absolutely horrendous thus far. Very short 2 minute highlights and not posted until the day after. Still no sign of Spain vs Albania. Amateur standards.
@@_King_Baldwin_IVthey all have high quality highlights just aren’t available in Ireland. Use a VPN set location to Uk and you’ll be able to watch proper highlights
@@_King_Baldwin_IV😅 that’s only because BBC and ITV are British stations and we don’t get them here, I have a vpn and the itv and bbc highlights are better / up nearly straight after the match / and the commentary is so incredibly clear of rte. Don’t be fooled mate RTE is a joke
Should b renamed the " let's just talk about cork" podcast. I won't b listening anymore, and Neil McManus likes to talk nonsense too. 90 percent of the ppl will b shouting for Clare... That's a terrible comment to make by him
To be fair - the worst result Southgate has had is QF when they arguably outplayed the best team in the world 🇫🇷. Had chances to win it too. You forget that in your analysis as you mark 🏴’s card. Sounds a little bit a harsh coming from the national broadcaster of a country that lost home and away to 🇬🇷 in qualification.
So the papers say that Varga suffered a concussion and facial injuries, from what contact??? Looking at the replay, he very clearly did not get hit by Gunn, Ralston was the only one that got hit. There was no contact at all on Varga as he jumped and then fell flat on his back. He could’ve had a seizure as he’d jumped, as evidenced by what we saw when the camera panned to him after going from Gunn and Ralston, he looked like he was having a seizure.
Can you be more racist RTE? Is not like you have 300000 Romanians in Ireland, if not more. I bet if Palestine was playing, or some darker skin colour team, there would've been 5 replays to an out
Please take this man off our hands. We ll be eternally grateful. And i guarantee he ll be shown the door in Irelan in less than an year. Good motivator & discipline, but 0 tactical acumen & flexibility
As a Dublin supporter this is as good as it gets. A quarter-final appearance and a single digit defeat. Cork as with other top tier teams don't need to be over 70% their best to beat Dublin in a big match. Cork knew they would win this which explains their own flat performance. The real Cork will show up vs Limerick next day.
What utter nonsense ... if anything Armstrong should have a got a yellow card for pulling the defender down and also throwing his left leg into Orban looking for a penalty
You must have never been one on one with a keeper in your life with a defender closing in. He tries to shield the ball and leave it run across to his stronger right foot to shoot. Clear peno
@coolmacatrain9434 puts his arm across, which he's entitled to do. Orban right knee takes out his left leg causing him to spin and fall and then the Jersey pull happens. I suggest you watch it again.
@coolmacatrain9434 so now you can't put your legs in front of people? He's in front of the man and therefore has every right to shield the ball. Ya ever seen when players are running the clock down and going into the corner? Can the player just crash through him with his right knee, and if the player falls back and grabs his shirt, losing his balance, is it a free out?
In all fairness, they have been given for less and penalties have been denied for worse. It's unfortunate as it could have been match deciding but as a neutral spectator in this match I think Scotland failed to impress this whole championship though expectations where high. I admire their fighting spirit but that is as far as it goes.
Embarrasing take on an embarrasing effort from Armstrong, he steps infront of the defender and sticks a leg out even in the opposite direction of the ball, though he's through on goal. Defender even tries to go around him. Not a great look for the panel.
He's in front of him so he can't be pulling him ? It IS possible to pull something that's behind you. Take a trip to the nearest golf course, Didi, you'll see a lot of it. The knee is the thing though. Definitely hits him with the knee, but did Armstrong cause that by stepping across ? Not a stonewaller in my book.
