That was impressive man! Enjoy watching you throw and listening to your self-analysis. You are always striving to improve and I enjoy your insights and videos! Keep it up!
Nice Darts Dave! I play both steel and soft for almost 2.5 years. Cricket is may go to game. When throwing in tournaments within soft tip (locally) or on GranBoard. I am consistent with 4,5s or even 6 mrk game avg. Then out of no where I start throwing mid/low 2s to low 3 marks. (causing others, stating I’m throwing games (100% NOT TRUE) n e input or experience with this frustrating issue that I run into more often then I like. Thx buddy!
When it comes to practicing your aim, what would you recommend? I’ve been working on my consistency, and been playing 20 bulls. The bull seems the hardest to hit so not sure if I should be taking a different approach. By the way, love the Iron Man flag.
4-3 you win. Happy i won any. What a emotional drain lol. Yall killed me on some but this last one i played i was on. But everything you were telling yourself i started telling myself, thanks for all the videos man.
Threw a 12 dart 501 with a finish on a double. Been practicing hours and hours for 2 years. 4rh best finish in darts and I'm ecstatic. One of your videos from 2 years ago was my go to anytime I lost my throw. A video like this one. Always brought me back.
🤣Yeah man I don't mean to nit-pick something that has nothing to do with your dart instruction, which I enjoyed, but couldn't help getting a kick out of how you throw a football.
@@IronmanDarts scolia home flex with spark surround lighting bundle, scolia V2 with light ring, automatic scoring system, scolia home scoring and spark surround lighting bundle, scolia home cameras and scoring system (no spark light ring)? these are all the options for the scolia home
Great darts man. That 125avg on that leg was incredible. My highest on a leg is 107 with a 14 darter. Only happened once though lol. Been struggling a bit wit my consistency though. Everything is on wire. Great games for sure @Ironman Darts
I'll send you a friend request on the Scolia mate and give you a game sometime. I get legs like that, I find switching to the T19 for a few throws helps me refocus back on the T20
Are you using the same weight and dart for both soft and steel? If you are using different weight do you find it harder to adjust when you go back to soft tip? I like to practice steel to hone it in a little but don't want the weight difference to mess my soft game up. Just looking for your thoughts. You are a great shooter!
Excellent throw, so for a rookie like me,do you just flick the wrist after the draw back or do and the elbow goes naturally in extension or do you focus on elbow extension too?
You get a lot more errors than I do on my home flex (to be fair your grupings are much tighter as well haha) - and I play with the same number ring and board - maybe recalibrate? Or try another number ring (or spraying the number ring in white should help as well)
@IronmanDarts when I was young gave up would have become pro I'm back at 2 months playing 4 hours a day and doing darts tournament so should be pro at 23
i didnt see any newer videos yet - but maybe do a team turnament, with different levels in each team? that way everyone could participate. like 40-50, 50-60, 60-70 and 70+ in one team
Love this analysis and tutorial. He stresses that darts isn't only a throwing consistency but it's also a mental game. Stay positive he says or otherwise things can go south quickly. So true 🎯
