The house you were showcasing is one of the very first I saw I liked the house but it all cookie cutter blue hair is overrated. The features they offer are exactly the same in all their homes. Everything I don't want is in all their houses. They have to customize their homes to the purchaser's needs.
Yeah it really is. The Northwest is really expanding and Vegas has really got a handle on making places nice for the future these days too. Northwest is always a good place to start, especially at these price points.
It is true that some of the houses in the community are a little older but overall what you get as far as bang for buck is really good. Especially when compared to something from California.
I think that really does depend where you go. I would say that there are definitely some great medical facilities here in Vegas but I can imagine that they all cant be great. But definitely not the only city to have some not great services speckled throughout.
That staging is cheap and nasty. No one would use cheap furniture and plastic plants like that in Australia, not even in the cheapest homes. That stuff looks like you got it from TK MAX.
@BestPlaceToLiveInLasVegas The HOA to Summerlin , which Ascension residents will have a bill for is on its own $60 plus dollars a month. Plus Ascension HOA, $37 is grossly false.

Thanks for the Question. We do not have Council Rates. Las Vegas property taxes for Owner Occupants tends to run around 1.15% of the purchase price of the property.
I've never seen that done, If you do it, please follow up with another vid to show it. If I'm hearing you correctly, this wouldn't just be functional, but change the whole flow and feel of this home. I like it!
