Hello, thank you for visiting my chanel! It's a matter of in what angle you see this matter! A great theory of Geog Ohm explained in this video! Thank you!
The more magnets are for sure.more accurate! You can see another video i created in which you make your own pas sensor so you have a better idea for how it works!
I got one of these and blew the fuse as soon as I connected it to my 12V battery, no output load connected at all! Anyone knows why? Faulty board or did I do something wrong???
Doesn't the transistor's base have to biased to some minimum voltage, in order for the circuit to turn on? If so, what accommodations does your circuit make to bias the base, so the output is able to go down to (begin at) zero volts? Thank you. Also, please put the schematic at the front of every video, so that we may understand the construction. This is the natural and better arrangement for instruction and such an arrangement would be very helpful to the viewer. Thank you for this very crucial accommodation.
Thank you! If we observe the curve in the data sheet of any transistor we will see that the voltage is proposal to power! You will see that when voltage is in the peak rhe power goes down The optimum power of the transistor is in a low scale of range! Mosfets are administrating volts and transistors watts! So during we are increasing or decreasing volts the power needed for the led or the load make voltage to go down to zero! Also the out voltage is determined by the voltage we create and send to base by the voltage divider which is the trimpot! Thank you again, I remain!
@@techno-diathesivagelisilio940 My apologies; I slipped again... Confusing myself, because BJTs are current driven components... So, yes, when the pot is set to zero, there is no current. Without current, the base remains closed. Thank you for the reminder.
I have to suggest to you to see my previous video (power supply for begginers with voltage and current regulation) there is the same situation with the voltage regulation through transistor and a step further with the current! Wright to me if it was helpfull. Anything you want you ask me!
Hello,in this situation we have 5 volts x5Amps which means that 25 Watts are wasted the heat is very high to have an idea this is a small soldering iron! With the existing circuit compined with 2 MJE 2955 power transistors on parallel and big heat sinks we can achieve our point! For me the best option is to by a step down back converter it will cost about 3€ and it can handle 300 W and it's design has the minimum power loses! Thank you!
I used same BMS for three li ion cells same as you did this BMS is trash ....after sometime it fails to charge cells properly i changed multiple times to new set of cells but after two month same problem occurs
Well,i use it also to a drill (you can see my previous video) how to fix a cordless drill bms problem. There i noticed that the bms is a very sensitive device if you touch something or if you make a wrong connection the device is off then you have the problems you describe. If you carefully make the connections and you don't touch anything by accident i think everything will be ok. The drill works more than a year since video presentation without any problems. So try after the connections to secure bms from outern intervensions. Also there is a possibility this bms to be problematic! when you connect batteries is better they have about the same voltage. Thank you i try to be helpful everything you write is very important to find out possible problems!
Sorry for been annoyed by the sound but as im Emglish i have not the correct pronunciation i prefer to have music backround you please reduce rhe volume of your device. Thank you!
If you watch my channel videos you will find that i know very well what i am doing specially with electronics! So when you don't know you don't blame others for your ignorance!
I really don't know as the folding bicycle was bought 6 years ago and then i bought the kit to make it e-bike. You can search in Aliexpress or in Amazon or in Bangood i am sure you find there good deals! Thank you!
Hello, when you add a load to the output of the LM2596 converter circuit you made, the 12.5V output voltage drops to 11 volts, as seen in the video. However, such a decrease does not occur in the ready-made LM2596 dc-dc buck converter circuit. If the output voltage value is set to 5V, the output voltage remains 5V as a result of the load connected to the output. What is the reason of this? Thanks.
Well,we have a device which achieves the required voltage by closing and open a switch in a fraction of a second thousands of times. Possible causes of this problem: 1) The capacitor 330uf it has to be filled and then it could get empty and that will take some time in this way when you open the switch won't drop directly to zero volts it will take some time also to fill we have a small delay to fill it instantly we need a huge amount of current in a fraction of a second! 2) The shottky diode is responsible for lower the voltage during the process in a fraction of a second has to pass current because the ground voltage many times is higher than the coil voltage and so the diode has to pass the positive voltage! 3) The fine and perfect regulation of the feedback should be with the help of an oscilloscope and i mean the tripod resistor of 10k! Please do check all these reasons and if your power supply has enough power for this. But as you said the ready made devices have not this problem even with a small power supply i agree with that! Thank you! I remain!
@@techno-diathesivagelisilio940 Thanks for your answers. Actually, we designed a dc-dc voltage regulator with LM2576 integrated. When we run anything with the regulator, the voltage value drops below the value what we set. We couldn't solve this problem, i hope your answer will help us. We wanted to use 1N5822 as a diode, but we unknowingly used 1N5819 Shottky Diode (we realized later). We will try replacing the diode to find out if this is the cause of the problem.
Hi there i purchased a 600w 10a step up converter i hook it up to a 12v 12.5amp Led power supply but i cant seem to adjust the current only the volt i want to use it to charge my 12v 50ah solar battery.
Hello i answere the same question to another person a month before in this video please refer there! The question was from mr Anderson Cardoso. In my opinion if the courent regulation is not working you ask the byer to refund. Thank you!
Quería saber donde puedo comprar uno de estos, soy de aquí de Brasil, tal vez aquí no hay, tenía muchas ganas de saber, ¿podrían explicarme o decirme para comprar uno para mí?
I really don't know if in Brasil is possible to have acces to aliexpress, amazon, bangood these sites are for sure sellers of e-bike kits and spare parts and there you can order this sensor or you can make one is very easy i have a video in my channel! Just see the video bike light proportional to movement there you see what is going on with this sensor!
I'm plugging the StepUp into my car's lighter and charging my notebook... but what I've analyzed is that it can't support the necessary current... the notebook's power supply is 19.5V and 180W. I can only make the stepup provide the necessary power when I put above 17v at the input. the current tripot doesn't seem to work
Well your car's lighter has a fuse of 10 Amps so 180 W/19,5v=9,23Amps it's ok but i am sure that for charging a notebook the maximum amperage should be at 2 Amps! You can verify it with a Ammeter. To have an idea a car's battery is charging with about 5 Amps! 10 Amps is a lot of current! For the device i have two of them the one i am using in the video works perfectly the other as you said had the same problem but i noticed that the out capacitor was loose and i resolder it and now its ok! For the voltage with the pot you can regulate to give exactly 19,5 volts! 17 volts seems to be ok (4 x 4,2=16,8 volts) but i am not sure if that voltage will charge it 100% you have to check it (maybe in the notebook there is a stabilizer which receiver 19,5 volts and regulates it). Thank you!
The base is connected to the middle pin of potentiometer, which is connected to anode and cathode so when we rotate the base can be positive but can be also to be grounded 0 volts!
Thank you for sharing. This is a very nice and straightforward design. Your build quality is good, as well. It is probably very robust and should work well for years to come. Bravo! You provided a schematic = Excellent! Suggestion = In addition to how you used the schematic within the build footage, place the full schematic at the start of the video and leave it on the screen for at least seven seconds. This will give your viewers an opportunity to pause your video and study your circuit. In this way, your viewers will know where you are going to take them. This will improve understanding and learning. Regarding the 4.7 Ohm Output Current Limiting Resistor... I understand your purpose for including it. However, I do not recall seeing it in other designs. I will have to think on its advantages and disadvantages. Additional = As this is a basic design, the voltage can not be set lower than 0.6V. You point this out. It is rather challenging to make the circuit go all the way down to true 0V, because a negative power rail is required. A followup video discussing the different methods of developing a negative rail, along with the advantages and disadvantages of each method, would be great. Please also include fully incorporating it into your present design. Again, my complements. Cheers.
For the 4,7 Ω resistor it is just to make sure that the current should be under 3 Amps If we calculate with Ohms law V=I*Rv 12/4,7=2,553 Amps. Tip 41 mentions in datasheet that can handle 6 Amps but in the real world after 3 Amps i doubt if it will operate. Thank you!
If you see the previous video of this named (step up the existing power supply to 90 volts) there you have i thing your answer if don't please contact me again! Thank you!
brother, can you make 4 channel transmitter or receiver by using RF 433 MHz module in an easy way and longer range plzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz
Well, thank you for choosing my channel to make a so usefull circuit! I was planning in the future to make one but at the time will be difficult! Rgrds have a nice new year 😉!
Thank you, brother, for your help please make it by using a microcontroller IC or Arduino Nano for a quick response instead of an HT12 IC @@techno-diathesivagelisilio940
I tried for this also to 13,6 volts and it failed! The reason when the 4,18 volts are coming from the charger the tl 431 closes and stop the procedure! Thank you!
You are right this ttansformer gives at most 3,5 Amps we can add a transformer in parallel or to connect a bigger one! I wanted to emphasize that we have here to work with a power transistor of 15A and 115 W! Thank you!
That's a very difficult question! If we talk about household ac from mains is surely stable! But if we talk about ac from a transformer first we put a resistor to see the fall of the voltage with load and then we act proportionally! So we put a load resistor permanently in parallel with ac out to stabilize!
Yes you can this device actually is a voltage and current regulator for voltage from 1,5 to 40 volts and for current depending of the watt consumption of the power transistor. If your input volt is for example 20 volts and you need out of 12 volts and 1 Ampere your power transistor needs to consume 8 watts. Also you can put some capacitors (is not bad) before the circuit to stabilize the voltage and filtering the generator's harmonics.
I don't know how many amperehour is the battery yes is very slow if you put a bigger heat sink to the Lm317 it can manage 1 Ampere to give for long time charging!
Hello i am back so i tried the device to answe your question i wanted to be.100/100 sure so i connect my power supply and i supply the device with 12volts and 1 Ampere and from the other side i connect 2 car headlights of 12 volts in series so i increase the device to give 24 volts and i open all the way rhe potentiometer for the current to its maximum and i got 24 volts and 1 Ampere! In the video the power supply was 12 volts 16 Amperes so it had the power to give 384 watts but here has not. For anything you want to ask i remain! Regards!
Hello, maybe i was in hurry when i respond to your question then i had in the buck of my head an answer which is very helpfull! My first glue gun was not so powerful so if you did not place it immediately the part was not so good glued! Then i bought a professional glue gun very powerfool (it fits like cement) very strong so you try with a good professional glue gun and you will see a very different result! Also you can see my new video in which i make pas sensor diy! Thanks and regards!
Not really because in this video happened the spark plugs to have problem as you can see and after replacement and after about a hundred kilometers of driving the light was off. I gave this information which I think is very useful but if your spark plugs are good there are many other reasons to make this light to be on. You can search and read about many reasons but a computer diagnostic center will find the exact reason immediately. I used my wife's phone because you make this question from another viewer's ask so it was not showed to my channel. Thank you!
I have seen the circuit at 4:30, but there is a problem with this. According to TL431, the voltage between cathode and anode should never exceed 37V. What you should aim for is adding a transistor or MOSFET circuit to the TL431 or sword, You should consider a 37V or higher shunt regulator circuit in a stacked circuit. If you connect the emitter follower of the transistor to the shunt regulator, A series regulator circuit is possible. Good luck
Also i have seen in some videos on you tube they use a small microfarad capacitor grounded to simulate the voltage they want. So they can drive lm317 from it,s maximum 37 volts to 60 volts by changing the capacitor load through a potentiometer! Maybe later i check these circuits but that afrer September! Thank you!
Hello,in my video transformerless voltage regulator with tl 431 1-57 volts maybe is something interesting there! But at the time i can't think anything about a 100 volts! Thank you!
My friend the sensor is ok but if you mean the magnets i place them according to the arrows showing! Thank you! For everything you want to ask I remain!
My dear friend nothing is easy i paint my house and another house i have for the summer in an island i always have something to do. Now i am retired so i have the time to spend in those actions. But about the bicycles i love them i have five one e-bike, one trekking ,one city and two 26 inch simple city bikes. We are in 2023 so we have the technology a bike with a rusty iron frame which was made a decade before after this procedure and coverage with this liquid the( rust converter) to keep it in this condition i don't know for how long but 5 years is for sure because this liquid i know for five years when i had painted another bike and is still without any trace of rust and the paint also remains unaltered..
