Hello there, can you help me out in fixing mine? Both of my earphones are working as masters, they don't connect to each other, only one earphone will connect at a time either left or right. They're not paring with each other. I have the tried resetting them many times but the problem is still there. I have followed instructions on the given manual. Your headphones must be reset. To do this, open and close the headphone door for 10 seconds or put your fingers on the headphones and hold for 10 seconds until it resets, even if the phones are inside the box.
