How do I transfer two different Airbnb accounts from previous owners to me if I only have one phone number to verify for one account, how do I take over/verify for the second airbnb account if I only have one phone number? Do I need a different phone number Because I believe it will prompt me that my phone number is already associated with another account, etc. So do I need a second phone number for the second Airbnb account? And will it raise a red flag if my ID and information is being used for two different accounts?

Do I have to be the Super host for the tax to be in my name? Or can I just put my name there instead of the super host so the taxes are in my name? The payouts have always been to my bank account and i am a co-host.
The name on airbnb account doesn't matter, for taxes everyone needs to report the money recieved in their bank account, Airbnb is just a portal to sell accomodation but the taxes and accounts are maintained from bank account if you know what I mean.

Hi, As the primary Host once I allocate a certain % , say 15% , will that amount automatically go to co host or should I enter his bank account details under my payment methods and split the payment as 85% to me and 15% to cohost? Pls assist

Co host instructed me to allocate 15% and also add his bank account under my payment method and again to divide the payment as 85% to me and 15% to co host. I think after that about 30% has been deducted from my payment. Pls advice
@@sameeeraamarasooriya3040 Cohost needs to enter their bank account on their airbnb profile. You just need to enter the split on cohosting dashboard and airbnb will automatically send it to them in the bank account they set on their account.

You can list the no-STR properties on Airbnb (just skeleton listings), link them as mother and child, and unpublish the no-STR ones and leave the STR one on. That way you can keep blocking the calednar of no-STR calendar as you wish and it will work as you expect it to. I hope this makes sense.
