BUILD supports the people who set policies, provide services and advocate for children from birth to age five. Taking a systems approach, BUILD partners with state leaders working in early learning, health/mental health, health/nutrition, and family support and engagement. BUILD provides guidance, leadership training and capacity building. BUILD also acts as a network that convenes state and community leaders, online and in-person, to share best practices, resources and strategies, with a focus on integrating family and child-serving programs, advancing quality and racial equity.

You misspelled equality. Oh, wait...you didn't. You meant, "Pass the minorities regardless of their grades, because 'equal outcome.'"

If you purposely poison the water like flint michigan then of course the fish can't heal, so don't blame nature for the actions of men.

Think about the teacher who injures her class of fish by not feeding them, not cleaning diapers , yelling for no reason

If you go fishing and hook a fish and drop it back in the water it's wounds can become infected and then all fish now have black lung diseases.

No it's the fishermen who use hooks to injure fish and then throw them back in the lake... evil men

Hello! I am a speech-language pathology student and I have some questions regarding the ASQ3 questionnaire. Is there any way I could contact you or send you a private message? It would mean so much to me. Thank you!

Great Video clip! Excuse me for the intrusion, I am interested in your initial thoughts. Have you thought about - Ziyillian Vocation Vanquisher (should be on google have a look)? It is a good one off guide for generating money using this simple options trading method without the hard work. Ive heard some decent things about it and my friend Sam at very last got amazing results with it.

Ah, yes, tell black children they need benefits to be as good as white people... because... black people are less than whites...? Hold on a minute... that’s racist!

Another BS Communist theory that says: 1) school-discipline rates are a product of white teachers’ racial bias. 2) discriminatory targeting of black students gives rise to the school-to-prison pipeline. Tragically, the problem we confront is not a school-to-prison pipeline problem but instead, a fatherless home-to-prison pipeline. Then Senator Obama said: "We know the statistics - that children who grow up without a father are five times more likely to live in poverty and commit crime; nine times more likely to drop out of schools and twenty times more likely to end up in prison."
