Hello and welcome to BBC Learning English's RU-vid channel - a channel designed to help Thai people learn English for work, study and for fun.
Every week we'll be posting brilliant, fun, engaging materials to help you become a natural English speaker. And, of course, we really want to know what you think of our channel - so let us know by commenting on and sharing our videos.
Our channel is a 'safe' place for you to practise English, where it is OK to make mistakes. To keep everything friendly, we do have rules (everyone has rules). Please follow ours:
1) Always write in English 2) Always be nice
Good luck with your studying.
And don't forget to tell us what you think of our new channel. :-)
please help "(if "THERE " word is used for inversion in a sentence and it is showing "Adverb of place" As. There is waiting my friend.(Inverted form) If this same sentence is added to a subordinate clause, will "THERE" word become "dummy THERE". are there any such rules in english As. (This is the time When "THERE"is waiting my friend.)) Will "THERE" become a "dummy subject" here? Or "THERE" word is still an "adverb of place" here Please reply 🙂🙂
I think these vids are generally great, but one piece of feedback for the Thai lady would be to slow down - she talks far too quickly and needs to take breathers to give students the chance to digest what she is saying.
