This is why the locals are getting kicked out of their homes and hometown...crazy prices, even most retired Americans cannot afford. Prices are gonna crash someday, and the locals will rise up in rebellion.
$590,000.00 ??? Seriously ??? It was not that long ago that , that kind of cash would get you nearly twice the space . Over a half a million bucks and you only get a handful of tiny rooms and don't even get an ocean view now days . BUT if you have deep pockets and seek an income producing property like Airbnb This might be Ideal . it's a very good location to the beach & gayborhood . it would take 7 years to break even with what you paid and your rental income pure profit
@@YesItsMeGuys68 yea the romantica zone has exploded so property value has continued to rise over the past few years! There’s definitely other areas of PV that are cheaper, but if you want the benefits of the romantica zone it’s going to cost you
I appreciate you actually taking an extra couple of seconds in the kitchen. The room that would cost the most to renovate if needed would be the kitchen and yet, so many RU-vidrs just “fly” through the video with their cameras, almost like the kitchen is an afterthought, or something. . So thank you for taking that little bit of extra time.
@@RealEstateNatePVR I know, I have been looking for a while now. I just can't get over the HOA fees. I have a house next to a golf course in Colorado and the HOA isn't as high as the ones in PV. I guess it's just the way it is.. Thanks for replying. Have an awesome weekend (well my weekend starts tomorrow).
@@RealEstateNatePVRconcerning the HOAs, I am not sure if you mentioned we have an elevator, a new amazing water filtration system, emergency power generators for common areas, and staffed 24-hour security. I have lived here over 3 years and wouldn’t trade places with anyone in PV. The location, quality of the building, the caring and efficiency of having security is amazing. I never realized how important all that is until you face a situation like major storms. It’s nice to have people to care for you and your building. Something as simple as ordering from Amazon becomes easier because there is a person 24 hours available to receive the order. Thanks for making the nice video.
