Here, let me fix that recipe for you. Cut the bell peppers and set them aside, don't cook the ground beef yet, set it aside. Get a decent cut of meat, about a pound or so and cut in strips, you want them thin. Chop up about 1/2 pound of bacon, about an inch or so cuts. You'll need about 8 to 10 tomatillos, husked and cleaned with warm water, you want them very clean, get two fresh serrano peppers and s bunch of cilantro. You'll need about 1/2 cup of onion and some minced garlic, 2, 3 cloves or so. Pan fry the bacon briefly, you don't want it crunchy, just do gets cooked, remove it from the pan and remove half the fat from the pan, fry the strips of meat until brown. By then you should have the tomatillos, peppers and half the cilantro blended. After you have the meat fried, add the bacon, onion and garlic, add the tomatillos mix and do the salt and black pepper thing. If you know how to cook beans, add some to that meat dish with some of the water from the beans. Oh, that bottle of whatever the heck you are using set aside also. You'll thank me later.
