The musings of a SAD (single asian dad) man. :) I work in tech, I travel alot and have eclectic hobbies from playing guitar to competing in USPSA PCC competitions. I am restoring a 1981 Jeep CJ-7 named Jayne and like to camp, eat weird foods and visit ghost towns. I'm the cool dad you wish you had.
Dakotas are underrated man. Got a 97 that’s been in the family since it was driven off the lot. Really hasn’t had any issues and it’s at 230,000 miles. Hope she does you well.
Sometimes the shop will tell you it's fake, if they think youre buying it assuming it's genuine. I was in the Philippines looking at Levis 501's that were less than half the price in Ireland, however the girl in the shop smiled and told me they're fake ones.
I've always found it fascinating to see something spinning then for a bit it looks like it's spinning backwards for a split second then it continues to look like its spinning faster
How do they put muscle car engines to shame? They put out a lot of power especially for the size but make no mistake displacement is very important especially in marine applications. Thats why Yamaha now makes V8 outboards with a shit ton of power.
Excellent build video! I like the way you did the sped up portions, stl easy to see the complete assy of 3very part, vs other vids that skip or obscure a lot of parts, details and steps
...been looking forever for a blue anodized free float rail...saw this and ordered one for my rebuild of a 24 in bull barreled 5.56 upper I bought waay back in 2008...I refinished my upper in an 'anodized' blue and the lower in a spray on 'anodized' red with contrasting blue anodized furniture and upper with red anodized' furniture...the stainless barrel with be the 'white' in this R 'W' B color scheme...
Pretty awful solution. They couldn't make their logo a little bigger? It just seems like I'll be looking at their logo all day if my phone is not attached. Awful design.
fun fact, it doesn't have to match up 1:1 it just needs to be divisible :D so even 3 rotations between every frame would look the same as 1 rotation between every frame, the image might warp because of the rolling shutter effect at higher speeds (notice how the blades are "bent") but yeah other than that it'll be more or less the same :P isn't that just so cool?
This video was great love all of your Jeep renegade continent. I also own a jeep renegade Trailhawk 2017. I was wondering if you could help me by telling me the bolts and screws that hold up the original skid plate. I’m having a very hard time finding the screws and bolts to replace the ones that have been stripped.. I would be most thankful for your knowledge
Unfortunately the oil change problem makes it a hassle. You have to drop the thing every time. I had an exchange with them on Instagram and their response was "People have been cutting an access hole..." Sooooo.....no... do not recommend until they fix it themselves.
I used to visit these caverns every summer! Clear back in my daycare days (Child Development Center in Bozeman, MT). While a lot of folks have toured and made videos showing the area, this really captures most of the experience! I appreciate the not over-produced nature of this video. A lot has changed over the years! I wonder if the drive up is as terrifying as I remember it, if the tour guides still take a moment to shut off all of the lights for folks to experience “total darkness”, and if they still use flashlights to transform the stalactites and stalagmites into shadow puppets. I love this video and appreciate you sharing it with us. (:
They still do those things. It was very cool. The drive up I didn't find terrifying at all. Basic road to the parking lot with all of the modern conveniences and gift shop...unless there was another way in I didn't see.
