If purchase/sale is done through us, there will be a commission charge of 1% on the deal.
50% commission at the time of agreement and rest 50% at the time of registration should be paid by the party to us on the basis of our discussion regarding commission.
Documentation charges, registration charges or any other commissions at the time of registration or anywhere and everything should be beared by the customer.
