How Ginger is cuddling you! Such love! You are doing well, its a challenge. And you well understand the value of the spiritual for healing. Our bodies have done so much for us. Our knees have held us up all our lives. When we see how a little baby tests its legs when it begins to stand and walk, on its soft knees, and gradually gets strength, then when the child runs, when a sportsman lifts huge weights, we marvel at Nature that has made it all happen. Put your hands on your knees, calf muscles, and ankles, and along your spine, and hips, each time giving thanks. I am also sending healing. Bless you.
