1 cup Oats 1/2 cup Peqnut butter drizzle honey 2 TBSP Greek yogurt (if consistency is too dry) Flatten it into a layer of it with spatula/spoon Add layer of melted Compund chocolate on top *freeze for 2hrs Enjoy the homemade protein bars :)
Here's a vegan icecream recipe i tried yesterday! 1½ cups of coconut cream ½ cup of any milk(i used soy) 2 tbsp of jaggery or more(your call honestly) 1 cup of mango( strawberries, peaches can also be used) Blend these up and freeze for 4-5hrs.
