The new backup crew tries to uphold the legacy of the original band...They have the energy and I will give them credit for their efforts..It is no easy task to follow Eddie, Bootsy, Bernie, Tiki, Gary, Billy Bass, Tawl, etc. and keep the Pfunk alive almost 50 years later.
I have seen every incarnation and pfunk never fails. Besides that You got Lige , blackbyrd, greg , Bennie Clip all from the late seventies and early eighties. Danny has been with them since for 20 years. And then you got p funk family! The band jams in many ways harder than ever.
What energy this is SLOW, DRAGGING AND DULL. Btw there’s cover bands out there playing their songs that could easily put on a better show than this BULL💩.
