DPJ is much better than people give him credit for. He can definitely step in and replace Reynolds' production. He's a proven vet, definitely a step above Green. We'll see what comes from camp and pre-season, but I think DPJ will start as the X. I'm waiting to see if the Lions sign a WR from the UFL. Their best was Hakeem something. Butler? I can't recall, but he's someone who can also play the X.
I firmly believe that Brad took dpj at the trade deadline not to make a difference last year but to be number 3 this year. He has seen how long it takes receivers to develop chemistry with Goff as well as digest Ben's Playbook
Meh- the crap-call on the 2pt conversion (in favor of Dallas) was a make-good call for the crap-call for tripping (in favor of Detroit). Hutchinson tried to trip Hendershot - not the other way around. If the Tripping call was made correctly, Dallas would've run out the clock: final score 20-13. But the refs blew the tripping call and kept Detroit in the game. Funny thing is: the refs knew they blew the call by watching the replay on the monitor - but by then it was too late to reverse their mistake. So it was only a matter of time until they ruled against Detroit to preserve the outcome that they had already botched. Shrug.
Maybe y’all should’ve kicked instead after failing twice. Plus the refs called a tripping penalty on us instead of Hutchinson. So spare the crying about the refs only targeting y’all.
The Lions didnt show nothing... While most people ate turkey for Thanksgiving, the Packers ate Lions for Thanksgiving.. yall count out the Packers and get checked in Detroit
Great show. I disagree with trying to force 20+ carries on Gibbs just because he was drafted 12th. He's not that type of RB. We also drafted Jameson 12th but we wouldn't force him to run up the middle. Gibbs is more of a hybrid and I don't think he'd hold up as a pure RB
It's your opinion on Jamo.. but for the whole year?? A little over sensitive I think... by a lot... he made a mistake.. he paid the price now let's move on. More important things to talk about the draft is in 2 days.
35:10 Goff has already proven to be better than Stafford after seven seasons. In 2021, on a terrible Lions team, Goff had a better passer rating than Stafford’s career average with the Lions. Folks also like to talk about Goff’s bad fourth and fifth seasons … go back and check out Stafford’s fourth and fifth seasons.

Carter at 6 if he's there, it's a no brainer assuming Holmes and Campbell like his interview. @36:50 no way in hell we are drafting Wilson. He's not that good. I'll put money on that. We need a DT to stop the run, that was our biggest weakness.
