If it a diesel it has a separate fuel water separator so that might be full of water, but of its a gas truck I have no clue

Check wiring

Reset it first like your modem. Most cars when replacing sensors now days won’t recognize it with out some initialization procedure or a reset to the system.

Use a different service station with a fuel additive see if it clears itself. If not and no other symptoms are present you are probably safe to clear it. It could be a wiring issue or the connection on the other end of the harness for that sensor. Always good to have a pro double check it for you tho too if you can afford to do so.

Drain tank, go to different station than usual.

Before you replaced your fuel filter did you have loss of power from the engine?

try getting fuel at a different spot.. your regular might have a leak in their container or whatever

Use a spray bottle with water, and while your truck is running spray the belts if they stop squeaking then you need a new belt. Just because the belt isn’t cracked doesn’t mean it’s not bad.
