You're totally right, after go’ogling around I didn't realize that Simmy Krotiel's Bigger Blueprint was updated and you can make it bigger even faster, yep, what Simmy suggested before was pretty good, but now it can grow up to 4 ins, I managed 3 ins myself and I feel like a monster lol

It's excruciating trying to eat with a crowned tooth. I just got mine this week. It almost feels like a knife in my mouth trying to eat on the right side... Maybe I'll consider Teriyaki chicken soup.
What kind of precautions should be taken to avoid brain damage without blood flow in the brain and brain cells from dying? Is it better to get surgery before the problem becomes bigger

Better look for a second opinion video. This is by far the most conservative presentation I've ever seen. Contradicted by both my ophthalmologist and two optometrists I've seen. What they agree on is don't drive home and avoid heavy lifting for a week or two.
FYI, Everyone feels great for the first two years after their full hysterectomy because they have what’s called residual hormones throughout your system, wen those are gone uncanny - I figured out why I had extreme adrenal exhaustion and I had to stop working for 5 years I had to figure what to take on natural Supplements and chemical hormones just to be able to get out of bed 🥱💤😴
No one talking about the 4 th year and beyond after yanking out all my female organs Can’t lose weight no matter how much I exercise, get used to being fat in the middle and back side. Insomnia and good luck finding a doctor to prescribe you hormone replacement therapy They will but insurance won’t cover it so cash self pay is so high it’s NOT affordable HRT works! Makes you feel much better, brain fog and chronic fatigue goes away with HRT But then the doctor say you can’t have it anymore he don’t feel safe because it will cause cancer which they’ve done studies and it does not. God intended us to have our hormones to help us live our best life. I would tell anybody to do not get a hysterectomy ! get something else there’s something called oblation, where they scald the inside of ur uterus and you don’t have periods are in endometriosis or fibroid tumors anymore. My sister got that done and she feels great and she still has her hormones and she’s 65 years old and she looks fit and full of energy plus she has a sex drive Nobody tells you after you get a full hysterectomy that yes your pain goes away but you have zero Sex drive you just don’t want it anymore even if you’re happily married and attracted to the man you’re with it’s just not going to happen, it’s very sad I wish doctors would tell us what the future holds with no female hormones, ask to keep your familiar tubes if possible bcz u can still produce estrogen and some testosterone which is vital to keep bone density Now I have brittle bone disease at age 40 from getting that horrible surgery! I’m 54 years old I feel older than 90 year old person
I had two lp shunts for a little over 20 years each. In 2022 the last one failed at both ends. The second shunt broke from my spine and the other end rubbed a hole in my intestines. The first shunt was left in when the second shunt went in. The first shunt broke from the spine. When I went in for high spinal pressure headache from hell, after scans, they saw it broke from the spine and leaking spinal fluid into my back(obvious lump). The other end rubbed a hole leaking fluid there. I have a 14” scar starting between boobs down past belly button. 3 weeks later, I am back in because of pressure and loosing my eyesight. I was in for 3 weeks with external shunt on top of my head. 50 hours after inserting, excess spinal fluid drained off about 3 liter of spinal fluid. I don’t remember any of that stay. I have very little memories of about 2 years ago. I had to be told of what I wrote earlier. It drains from the top of my head to drain into the upper right heart ventricle. Sometimes if it’s a big drain, I feel a cramp on that side of my heart. I’m 61 years old. I had my first shunt when I was 20. I had a monthly spinal tap for a year before the shunt.
