I will give you a like and subscribe, just because I shat myself when you got the grease on your fingertips. Next time, wrap your knobs in masking tape so as not to damage it with the pliers. Epoxy works wonders on fups like the one you broke. Use a plastic spatular to remove trims from these things, not a fn flat screwdriver man. All in all, I enjoyed the video. Thanx for the share man.
Im 50, been in sound for many many years, and I enjoyed your video quite a bit. F what people say, you did good. Nice clean install. Tip if I may, setup xovers before making adjustments, and dont be afraid to make changes using your ear and test tones. Keep it up
@CedricWyeth Thank you very much! I really appreciate your comment. If you enjoyed this video keep an eye out for the next few videos I'm going to attempt a "Pro Level upgrade" of the Polo's sound system 🤐
Just done my vauxhall corsa thanks to your video. Getting it back together was the most frustrating part. Lots of swearing and anger at whoever thought that was a good idea 😂👍
I just sold my Corsa GSi as well.. your video helped me with the bulb changes.. looking to buy something in the coming weeks.. wonder if I'll also come back with a polo😂
I rather to break it by my self i won't hire anyone i want to try im happy with your Video the fact that you didn't try to hide your mistakes i learn from it i must be super extra careful
Your best bet is to go with 5.25" speakers for the front doors as I know they do make spacers for corsa Bs in that size. They also have a Slant at the top of the speaker spacer to help with fitment
@@BasicKustoms i bought 6.5 pioneers so I’m kinda too late I’m planning on installing sound I got all most everything subwoofer monoblock, amp wiring kits just only thing I’m stressing is the front speakers I bought I might have to make a custom spacers as all the ones I tried out are too big
@@BasicKustoms I have 5.25 inch Sony speakers at the front but I’m planning on putting them at the back but I might just sell them to put 6x9 at the back
When you're ready for a further upgraded head unit hit me up for one of the Android options I can supply. Will be a marked improvement over a normal head unit 😉
Thank you I actually got two for a Future upgrade so that I could add a mono or 2ch amp to run the Sub and then the energy audio runs the splits and 6x9s hopefully that happens in 2024
Thank you very much for the Sub it means alot!. The roads are horrible lol but when you get to the bigger cities like Port elizabeth, East London and Grahamstown etc you could get away with a lowered car.
Hi, can anyone help me with the factory reset instructions on the Starsound SSUSB-180BT. I had it installed in my Renault Sandero Stepway, but the volume is too loud, meaning on volume 1 it is too load to even carry a normal conversation. Any help will be much appreciated.

Thank you for this! Very In-depth video of the sound system, I'm not planning on using your particular system to upgrade my car, but the video will be of great help with the kit I'll be using, and has given me an idea of what to expect!
Hey there thanks for the Comment! Expect it to definitely take longer than expected my install was planned for 1 day and it took me 3 days but maybe we can chalk it up to inexperience and the fact that I was Filming. Most importantly ENJOY the Process there is a great sense of accomplishment that comes from working on your own car + Great Savings lol
Hi there thanks for the comment This amp does not have a Built in Fan. However I have not noticed any issues with overheating from The Amp. Die Amp het nie fans nie maar ek het nog nie opgelet dat dit Overheat nie As long as you properly Wire the Speakers to the Amp + give it proper Power + Ground with the Correct Size Wire (8 gauge or 4 Gauge)
I must just add that: This is a Class AB amplifier a Budget Amplifier. This is by no means a Competition grade amplifier. If you need an Amplifier for Competitions you need a Class D amplifier
Here, there and Everywhere lol 😆. When I install a part I will indicate in the video as well as in the Description where I got the part I.e in the two unboxing videos I did I mentioned that the Amp I got from sound Match and the components I got from Maxmotorsport
