That's the only aqueous creme that worked for my lil girl (epimex didn't work), she struggled with eczema too... used aloe vera gel too and Vaseline. Always made sure to moisturize her skin to avoid dryness and ironed all her clothes after washing She's 6 years old now and I still use that creme, it's great❤ hope Zani heals soon momma🥰

The aqueous cream is the best. I changed from Epyderm to it and I have never gone back. It has a good balance of glycerine to so the skin is hydrated for longer.
