One piece longates all its animation apart from a small few key moments. They also longate their entire episodes by showing past episodes and future within the 24min timeframe. longating all of this aswell as constantly pausing on non moving still drawn frames results in each episode lasting 8 minutes, resulting in an overbloated anime which would be soooooooooooo much better if it was cut by 3x the episode amount, on top of the over constantly badly drawn characters and bad colourings and silly sound affects. Just compile 3 episodes into one guys and improve the drawings and this anime will be insane. NVM that wont happen.
