Each person is destined to die once and after that comes judgment. Hebrews 9:27 NLT For everyone has sinned; we all fall short of God’s glorious standard. Romans 3:23 NLT Don’t you realize that those who do wrong will not inherit the Kingdom of God? Don’t fool yourselves. Those who indulge in sexual sin, or who worship idols, or commit adultery, or are male prostitutes, or practice homosexuality, or are thieves, or greedy people, or drunkards, or are abusive, or cheat people-none of these will inherit the Kingdom of God. 1 Corinthians 6:9-10 NLT But God showed his great love for us by sending Christ to die for us while we were still sinners. Romans 5:8 NLT Now repent of your sins and turn to God, so that your sins may be wiped away. Acts 3:19 NLT Anyone who believes in me may come and drink! For the Scriptures declare, ‘Rivers of living water will flow from his heart.’ John 7:38 NLT Jesus replied, I assure you, no one can enter the Kingdom of God without being born of water and the Spirit. Humans can reproduce only human life, but the Holy Spirit gives birth to spiritual life. John 3:5-6 NLT For all who are led by the Spirit of God are children of God. Romans 8:14 NLT And anyone who believes in God’s Son has eternal life. Anyone who doesn’t obey the Son will never experience eternal life but remains under God’s angry judgment. John 3:36 NLT And we can be sure that we know him if we obey his commandments. 1 John 2:3 NLT Don’t be misled-you cannot mock the justice of God. You will always harvest what you plant. Galatians 6:7 NLT If we deliberately continue sinning after we have received knowledge of the truth, there is no longer any sacrifice that will cover these sins. Hebrews 10:26 NLT For it is impossible to bring back to repentance those who were once enlightened-those who have experienced the good things of heaven and shared in the Holy Spirit, Who have tasted the goodness of the word of God and the power of the age to come- And who then turn away from God. It is impossible to bring such people back to repentance; by rejecting the Son of God, they themselves are nailing him to the cross once again and holding him up to public shame. Hebrews 6:4-6 NLT You can enter God’s Kingdom only through the narrow gate. The highway to hell is broad, and its gate is wide for the many who choose that way. But the gateway to life is very narrow and the road is difficult, and only a few ever find it. Matthew 7:13-14 NLT No eye has seen, no ear has heard, and no mind has imagined what God has prepared for those who love him. 1 Corinthians 2:9 NLT And the Good News about the Kingdom will be preached throughout the whole world, so that all nations will hear it; and then the end will come. Matthew 24:14 NLT
Ok, serious questions here…is there any shame and/or humiliation towards any players who are clearly shown to be flopping? Like, do the clubs (teams…not sure what they’re called) get on these players who are disgracing the game? What about penalties and/or fines after the game and the officials can review these incidents?
