I mean you are. Idk why someone telling you you look great the way you are is an insult. You do look prettier without all that make up, the lesser makup look really brings out your natural features beautifully. I think youre just mad, just like all the other stupid ass comments from girls, because it came from a guy.
Im honestly grateful my boyfriend never asks "what's all that for", he would just compliment it and always hypes me up whenever I do something more intense than I normally do (which is already big dark goth eyeliner) and he compliments it the whole night 🥺🥺 Y'all deserve a man like this.
Omg i thought i was the only one who got “are you in a play or something” I went to work to pick up my check and i was dressed in a skirt and my favorite shirt. That comment made so self conscious and feel like i was doing too much. When i left they said “break a leg” and i almost cried, but after working with these giys for a long time i can confirm they have MAJOR red flags and idc what they think of me cause even if i was single id never consider dating them
If they only ask once it's simple curiosity. If they insist it's something like cosplay or a play theeen it's red flag. You're the red flag for assuming a question out of curiosity is so terrible. You wear make up to turn a few heads and now you're upset that people ask about it. You really can't complain.
.. as a female, can someone explain to me why this it's 'toxic behavior' to ask if the makeup is for a specific reason? As someone that doesn't do makeup (I literally wore lipstick to my wedding, that was it), I would also assume you were an actor or someone apart of some kind of production or something. It's just not my normal, so I ask questions bc I want to understand how someone else thinks... So can someone please explain 😅

I think you can respect art without respecting the artist. I think HP Lovecraft was a POS and doesn't deserve respect, but his work was definitely worth some respect. This being said, thank you for not squashing your apartment spider - she's likely helping you in more ways than harming you, so letting her be is the best move for both of you!

That’s the first thing that comes to mind when I see artistic makeup, it’s not a red flag, it’s a basic ice breaker for someone who is interested in knowing. It’s ok to reply “oh, it’s for myself actually” but saying that men who ask are a red flag is kind of a red flag. I’m a girl myself and hate that it’s always “oh they always think it’s for something, like woman can’t do stuff for themselves 🙄”, no girl, no one said that, it’s just beautiful makeup and a good conversation starter, you’re the one who just looks for any chance to act insulted and make it stressful for people to actually talk to each other. It’s ok to let people approach you and have a nice conversation, people aren’t a red flag for trying to know someone and use the most easy thing to say. We are social beings, saying that a single phrase or act makes a whole human with it’s own story and upbringings a red flag is so superficial that it actually does fit the entire personality of a tiktoker
I have 2 spiders in 2 different nooks/corners and I am terrified of spiders, but I don't want to harm them. It's the quick ones that move around that scare the bejeebus out of me far more than the ones that just chill in one spot.
Oml same and the big ones are terrifying + they're fast too 😭 but the ones with like really really thin legs who move slowly and stay in one corner don't scare me too much
Oh my goodness this is SO RELATABLE cuz i have a loooong name and i DREAD attendance and i understand its hard to pronunce and when my teachers calles me the name only my very close friends and my family its reallly uncomfortable
I let a spider stay on my windowsill once cuz I didn’t wanna kill it and it was all chill until it had so many baby spiders that were EVERYWHERE I’m now more scared of spiders 😭
SAME 😭 we’ve had a couple of spiders around the house and we usually leave them be bc they’re on the ceiling, but when i think of ALL their babies spreading around the house..i panic and wanna destroy all the webs and get rid of all the spiders 😭
@@Allons-yAlonso oh i can see why that would be scary. Where i live, i rarely see too many baby spiders (or any spiders really) so i just see them as a nice visit :)
