The Century Mill workers came together and found an organization namely 'Century Mill Kaamgar Ekta Manch' on 15th July, 2012 to have their fair share in the adjudication of the Mill workers. The Mill workers have proved that if they fight with honesty then they can succeed.

Six workers' organizations are fighting together for five years to get the mill workers their privileges. 5837 workers have got their own home through MHADA's lottery of 6925 homes for Mill workers. The families of 22 workers who gave their lives in United Maharashtra Movement were given homes. Then Hon. Prime Minister Mr. Prithviraj Chavhan did the Bhoomi Pujan on 1st March, 2014 of Century Mill, Ruby mill, Prakash Cotton, Jubilee, Bharat Textile Mill, Podar Process, Western India for the homes to be built on these lands.
