my man, at 3.00 (within the next 20 seconds) you select all vills (by using your mouse) and then deselect all the ones that are full hp. how did you do that hotkey-wise ?
The sad thing is this strat stops working after you have faced it 2 times - 3 times. That's why Phosphoru strats are much more ballistic. Where everything needs to be done right to stop it.
btw not relevant for this vid but for an older one : the reason why the gbeto is so good against siege (u tried countering it with scorpions a while back) is because they are fast, throw their hammer thingies AND they do melee damage instead of pierce damage. their low health means archers should do fine, not sure about skirms tbh, and mangos will be fine too IF u can hit and make the mango survive. generally, you wanna avoid siege vs gbeto, theyre like one of the best hit and run vs siege units

Emotional and morale damage aside, yeah just the sheer idle time on all those vills chasing you was proably 5-10k worth of resources. Not to mention the APM needed for yellow and orange to make all those quick walls (that didn't even work). I bet one of them realized their TC was idle the whoel time or they forgot key eco upgrades. Hard to focus on your build with a TC in your face.

He didn't resign because he saw the score and how many villagers you killed and the army you had, so he correctly assumed that you had no economy. It was satisfying that you lost.
no bro i don't think if he managed to fully stone wall it would be bad , it would take ALOT of stone and viillager work time, and your army is still there so his rss wold be wasted but yours are still there. in fact i would ssay that at some point around the end you could have stopped making units and just bought some wood to get out one siege workshop and one ram because at that point he is so far behind in military he can never catch up and once the ram is out he is fked. that said he if stonewalled only his ress and started making archers i think there is a cance for him to win. especially as chinese he just needs to stone wall 1-2 wood lines and gold. and maybe even tower in between a wood line and gold "inside the stone walls" so that you can't even attack the stone walls. and if an archery range is within the tower wall he can start either making archers or cav archers. when it comes to your UU i would personally assume that once he got 10ish archers or cav archers all your army can't stop him anymore "archers defensively since they can garriosn tower/TCs cav archers in general.

I was low-key kind of hollering at the TV when you made that first good attack but had the tarkins at home and didn't use them to take out the treb and forward Castle. I think a tarkan rush is a under utilized strat, take out the tc, quick, cause a distraction first get army away from tc if possible
2 years later but what i find funny about this is people resigning purely out of pressure, he probably does not know that you are at 14 villagers only and you will hit a wall soon with the needing of farms. that said if the pressure is huge maybe one can even move out and mill deer or something,
