I actually program and operate a 6kw Mitsubishi 3015exF-60 Plus fiber laser. I have done so since 2015 and can say that even after that period of time its still impressive
whats the issue. wanna hem it faster? drop the pinch point lower and bypass the y slow. you are flattening it any way no reason for it to be an accurate bend. if you are having an issue flattening it get a leaf break or ask them to it's 4k for a manual leak and it works FASTER THEN A POWERED COUNTER PART.
@@Shane-gc2eg The main problem was with the flattener getting stuck or not working at all. The Prima company sent some people to fix it, so most of the bugs are worked out. It's a new type of press, one that operates with an electric motor and air infused springs. Now we are just having issues with the computer, but most of that has to do with power surges we are getting.
Very interesting! What’s the width of the laser cut, should you want to use the internal and external pieces, as some kind of sliding fit? What typical Ra / Rz surface finish is obtained? Thanks.
