I personally love the bronze dalek design as they were my childhood, in terms of redesign I think the colour scheme is slightly outdated I would give them a black and gold colour scheme and maybe some daleks should have a red eye to make them more fierce, I don’t think the Dalek design itself should be completely overhauled as they are too iconic and popular to fans, I would love to see different manipulator arms for different daleks so some would have a torch weapon or a mini switch blade or a mini chainsaw blade.
Daleks need a redesign. I know it’s tough because the fans don’t want them to be too different, but I like your idea of having variations, but maybe keeping the main Daleks similar to what has been seen before. But the main Dalek design needs a refresh in design and color schemes.
As RTD is in charge yet again, I doubt the changes will be dramatic and quite similar. I quite like the idea of having different types of daleks for different functions with different colours and designs to reflect them. Bringing back the special weapons daleks for example
I would love to see the show return to the Dalek City on Skaro as in ‘The Dead Planet’ Really leaning heavily into a note perfect recreation of the sets and overall visuals. Maybe even literally cross over with the episode. Kind of how DS9 revisited ‘The Trouble with Tribbles’. That could be fantastic.
@@dalekidea ☺️ Obviously that’s not a ‘new design’ but bringing back the original classic look could be effective. Kind of how the Mondasian style Cybermen still looked brilliant, with a few little tweaks.
I still think Matt's is on top, but its second place for me as far as new-who. I do think its a bit derivative, but its fitting for the 60th. Hopefully Ncuti gets his own which is more unique and adds something new to the line of sonics like the previous ones have. I think he will since his pictures don't show him using this one.
Love how it looks closed, my one gripe with this design is how the prongs look when it opens - just so strange to me how low they come out from and the way they seem to curve outwards
Sadly the online exclusive version is now sold out, I’ve seen them on eBay for anything upwards of £199.99! Lucky I managed to get one before they sold out, should arrive within the next few days.
@@NoButIGotCheezWhiz it’s like a yellowish light with different sounds. You do the same as you did to get the red and blue lights, but you hold it for 6 seconds. It will beep 4 times I think to let you know it worked.
mine arrived today without a single email so those who are panicking over getting no email don’t worry it’s normal as long as you saw the thank you page with your order number your order went through,even my regeneration set i got no email for either.
I checked out as guest so I never got any emails at all but I emailed customer service and they assured me that my order went through with the information I gave them from PayPal and said they would email me with the shipping info once they have it and it’s relieved me a little but I’m still a little worried since I’m in the U.S. so it has a long way to go.

Great video and really useful tips. I've got 2 questions though. First can you use any straws? I don't drink capri sun and so would probably only have normal size straws at home. Are thin ones better? Second question, is there a certain brand/type of paint to use? Thx
