Deckard being a replication completely ruins the point of the film. Deckard is a human who acts like a robot, while the replicants he is hunting possess significantly more empathy and humanity than Deckard himself. Him rediscovering his humanity is literally the point of the story
Thank you. I wonder if some of the technical information in this book is outdated. I'm sure much of Phil's philosophy of picking stocks is still useful.
Good Morning! I'm a real estate agent looking for a portable system that I could use at open houses. Ideally I'd like to be able to set 3-4 cameras at random spots in a house (or outside) and connect them to my phones hotspot...then pick them up and go to the next house. Some cloud storage would be required just in case:) Do you think a solution like this would work? If not, I'd appreciate your recommendations.

How to know if its fully charged? I got one exactly like it and has a damiensaber chip inside it says charging like yours but i dont know how to know if its fully charged
My problem is that they aren't charging while in the case even though when I plug in the case and let it charge until the blue flashing light stops flashing letting me know it's fully charged. even despite all of that the earbuds are not charging at all or only charging half way. it's REALLY annoying because they are relatively new and I paid a little over $30 for these. If I can get cheap wired headphones that last longer than these JLab earbuds do, that's a problem.
If Disney didn’t want the storm troopers to be bisected, they should have made it like Obi wan stops his blade perfectly. He should have such control over his lightsaber that lightly injuring someone with it is possible
Explanation Basically, a lightsaber is assumed to carry the same weight as a sword. It also maintains the shape. It can also be classified as a near-solid force. It takes time for a lightsaber to cut through something dense/armored. For example, Luke Skywalker's lightsaber bouncing off of Vader's armor. The lightsaber did not have enough speed/force/heat to cut through. Another example could be Qui Gon Jinn melting the blast door. Another possible theory is that a lightsaber blade is actually shaped like a normal blade, but it's so bright that it looks like a cylinder.
Hell even in Return of the Jedi Luke’s lightsaber bounced off the railings on the Death Star while trying to kill his dad lmao I genuinely wished Disney Star Wars haters would stop blaming every goddamn thing on DISNEY
@@alphaxan8175Yes, but this was mainly due to limitations in technology at the time. In the same films, the sword cut flesh perfectly. This is especially evident in the prequels. And Disney makes outright hack work, I prefer to them books and comics from legends, where they are more interesting and written in stories. Fuck, even in the clone wars for children, the authors did not hesitate to show chopping off limbs and cutting flesh with a sword the way it should look. Fuck Disney and new canon
I mean... as pthers have pointed out, this does happen Not just in the films either. Kanan Jarrus avoided getting his entire arm severed because his pauldron took the brunt of Vader's strike
Lightsabers always bounce off their targets. This has been the case with the Force Unleashed, as well as Jedi Fallen Order. Lightsabers are able to cut up an enemy but it only happens when a Jedi does so intentionally if they do at all.
@@Espartanica Jedi Fallen Order is a canon game and the Force Unleashed features Jimmy Smits as Bail Organa meaning it has a canon actor in it. (No cutscenes in either feature dismemberment).
The .MTS file format is a business-decision DISASTER. I have a pretty new Sony camera. By default the video is saved as .MTS Here's what I found. MP4 is recognized widely. MTS is like an unwanted stepchild. IF you can find a video file converter that will even open an .MTS file, it drops the audio. THIS IS A *_WELL-KNOWN PROBLEM_* apparently. I dug into it -here's what I found: 1) Sony bought a company that developed the .MTS file format in 2006. THAT'S 18 (eighteen) YEARS AGO. And to this day, Sony cameras still produce this USELESS video file format that no file format converters or video editors recognize. 2) thank you for your video - I'm going to see if my Sony camera has this option. Rest assured, I'm never, never never EVER buying a Sony camera for video again. Apparently, Panasonic and Canon also got looped in to this .MTS file format disaster, and I'm never buying any of their gear either for video. If the video recording device FAILS to save in MP4, do not buy it. XplainD's video here may be a solution. I'm now looking for a video recording device that records, by default, in MP4. NOTE: the popular VLC media player will playback .MTS video. It also has a converter to MP4. But again, there is no audio if you convert an .MTS file to .MP4 in VLC. THANKS XplainD! .
@@XaliberDeathlock well no, episodes 5 and 6 are the most classic starwars you can get, and clonewars was entirely independent until the last one, maybe 2 seasons, but calling s6 Disney would be a stretch imo
@@energeticcreeper7969 old films may due to lack of CGIs and practical effects. you know George's version is not intended to have this silly bounce because in prequels they cut people in half.
@@XaliberDeathlock when Luke is fighting Vader in episode 5, the lightsaber clearly bounces off of his shoulder armour, in a choreographed move. that is very clearly deliberate: sparks fly, Vader winces, yet no significant damage is delt, despite it being a lightsaber another example of very deliberate showcase would be in the phantom menace, where quigon tries to cut through the blast door, and though he is successful over time, it takes a long time, long enough for the confederacy to send droids to drive them away, showing that reinforced materials (like armour would be) take longer to cut with lightsabers than weaker materials like wood or hands
@@energeticcreeper7969 wrong comparison. blast doors are explained to have durasteel composite materials so it's a lot tougher. stormtrooper armors are made of plastoid composites. it's supposed to cut much easier. vader's armor is both durasteel and composite, so it's a bit stronger than stormtrooper's but weaker than blast doors, although i think it's also a retcon to explain the old film-making. you didn't do your homework.
not just the baseball bat saber that sucks. have you seen when the light appears- the studio looks so fake and almost looks like some low budget live tv
