Once I started using ice, a little bit of water and crushing it up in a blender with my isolate….the game totally changed. It tastes just like I’m drinking a milk shake and it’s more filling when it’s blended with ice.
One false information detected: Doesn’t contain lactose so no fear for dairy allergies NO: lactose intolerance and dairy allergies are 2 different things. Allergy is a reaction to proteins ( mostly lactoglobulines )
I had to watch this video for an online class, and ever since I saw it my life has been changed forever. I have been driving in a Lamborghini for a year and it has been amazing. Thank you, TheHealthNerd!

If only. Really can't stand the stuff though, and honey has been suggested to sweeten it, but the problem there is I can't stand the taste or smell of honey either, so the 2 tastes/smells combined =🤢
I drank coffee for almost 40 years. Black. I think it was good for me but I switched to green tea a few months ago and it's better. You've gotta be a man and drink it straight up without sweeteners, etc. but it's loaded with antioxidants and nutritional value. Plus the caffeine content is about a third of coffee so you can sip 3x more cups of green tea and not have to worry about overdoing it on the caffeine which can cause racing heartbeat, high blood pressure and other health concerns. I don't think green tea has any downsides unless you were to drink an absolutely ridiculous amount.

Cutting out sugar should also include reducing STARCHY foods. Starch is a polysaccharide which is first broken down by saliva into monosaccharides (found in honey, fruit sugar) and disaccharides. Disaccharides are the molecules found in lactose (milk sugar), maltose (pasta), and SUCROSE (plain white table sugar!). We should consume high fiber carbs in small amounts or mix it with other high fiber foods order to slow down the glycemic hit on our bodies.
