I’m sorry I thought you guys hated me because you left me in Illinois 4 years ago around the wrong people and let the wrong people visit me in the apartment that I had that I got booted out of because you were fooling with Jasmine Beal and Natasha Robinson again who are not nice and are really evil.
I miss living in these Norton apartments, off of Pico and Norton, just across and around the corner from Catch One, a lesbigay club 😂 It had 10 units! We lived in Apt I! Our apartment had 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, one of them had a guest bathroom, a big living room, it also had stairs, one of my brothers and I shared a bedroom, one of my sisters had her own, my oldest brother had his, my mother and youngest sister did as well. It had a barbeque pit, an automatic gate, a pet area, a laundry room, it also had an intercom, roof access, a big parking lot. Good times! We lived there from April 1990 until June 1992. I remember the sad last day we were there 😥 My brother brought a U Haul truck. We told our neighbors goodbye. I remember their names! Ann, Jackie, Danté, Darnita, Damion, Deon, Destiny, Asia, Hector, Juan, Moses, Cindy and their mother, Roger, Tameka and thier family, they lived across from us in another old L.A. neighborhood, Tasha, Terry and their family. Ever since as I said 1992, haven't seen these people. I remember the landlord's name, Ms Perry. As I read, those apartments were renovated. I still have photo album pics from then.
Kinda defeated the purpose of a video showing the building.... Like an airline commercial showing planes crashing. And you had award winning ppl do this.....
DO NOT MOVE HERE. I left downtown LA because it was becoming unsafe and the valley is just more of the same. I rented out unit #721 which was their model unit facing the Motif garage with a mountain view. It was the BIGGEST mistake. The Motif garage is treated like a speedway with constant car alarms going off because their tenants race up and down the garage. The trash pick is literally everyday so you get the pleasure of hearing dumpsters slammed for abut 30 min a day EVERYDAY. Landscapers are there early as well to wake you up at the crack of dawn. I shared several videos with management at THE Q VARIEL and they did nothing. The final nail in the coffin was in December of 2021 when a tenant had their car broken into in their "secure gated garage" and after speaking to the tenant about it he told me management advised him not to tell anyone about it. I found that to be extremely irresponsible as you would imagine they would want their tenants to be informed but instead they knew it would affect their reputation. OVERPRICED, UNSAFE, NOT WORTH YOUR TIME OR MONEY.
I used to live there 2017 and 2018 where the best years it bought back lot of memories but everything changed and now I wish it could be how it was before
I lived here back in 2009-2010 and loved It. I wish I never had to leave. The location was fantastic. 4 blocks from the Sunset Strip and a half block off Santa Monica Blvd. And the place itself was great - full unit carpet, completely open studio space, nice view from the balcony, a lot of natural light, and the price was cheaper than everyone else. I lived in unit 239. It was just steps away from the on site laundry room and entry into the pool area. I'm moving back to WeHo very soon. I'd love to come back!
