Hello Kevin, we are in the process of building an ADU only 400 sq ft, almost done but man, I tell you there have been lots of added cost and lots of delays for one reason or another… not an easy journey, but should be done in another two weeks, one months at the most according to the contractor. Have passed inspections without incident so far. It’s really looks amazing but we can’t wait to be done. It’s so expensive… our place has ten windows and three sky lights, and we did 10 foot ceilings, like I said it’s only 400 sq ft one bedroom here in the Bay Area. Your place is looking really good!
