How hard can it be for printer just to print. Every time I want to print, I have to take so many steps and it still does not printi. Why why why????? Who works at HP?

HP printers are a total scam!! I bought an instant ink subscription and only got delivered one ink cartridge that wasn’t even the suitable size for my printer. Plus, i had the subscription, which was around £5 each month, for three months to only get one cartridge?? Did my money just magically disappear with the rest of my ink? I’ll go throw my printer out the window now.
La plus nulle effectivement et à fuir ! Impossible de photocopier, et au bout de 5 impressions, il n'y a paraît il plus d'encre. Lorsqu'on essaie de passer par le scanner et d'imprimer le scan, 1/10ème de la page seulement est imprimé et seulement après avoir éteint et rallumé au moins 5 fois la machine. Je la rapporte au bout de 4 jours exténuants à Darty.
Hello, i need some help and information that i haven't been abel to find anywhere else. I have a HP Slim Desktop S01-pF2013w, one of those sell by Walmart. The specifications are: Processor Intel Core i3-10105, Internal Intel UHD Internal Graphics, Fan Cooler, 180W PSU, 8GB DDR4 RAM, 256GB M.2 NVMe SSD Storage, Windows 11 Home, Dark Black. I want to know if it's possible to upgrade the CPU to the Intel Core i5-10400 taking into consideration the 180W PSU, both processors have a TDP of 65W. I don't plan on installing any dedicated GPU or any other power consumption item except for one or maybe two HDDs for extra storage. I'm not a gamer but i will do some video encoding from time to time, so those extra cores and threads would come in handy. Next year i'll build my dream CPU more powerful but until then i'll be using my HP Slim Desktop. Can I upgrade the CPU? Is it safe? Will 180W be enough? I hope anybody can help me, i don't know why this info is so hard to get.
HP still refusing to acknowledge that this is a design fault. We are now in 2024 and they still refusing to accept this is their fault and the hinges should be replaced FOC
