Hmm the current behaviour of kofi mensah of dormaa and his outrageous comments is very sad. But i blame the Ghana judicial system, the government in power, Ghana house of chiefs, our parliament and Asante house of chiefs. All these institutions serve as the legitimate authority to see that we follow the laws.
