They did a partial shoulder replacement by removing most of the humerus head and replacing it with an implant. I’m 2 months post surgery and I have almost no unassisted movement and maybe 40% range of motion assisted so I’m a little discouraged. I’ll know better at 6 months if the surgery was a success.
partial replacement failed due to my greater tuberosity resorbing and losing most of my rotator cuff. Had a reverse total shoulder replacement 3 months ago and still having lots of issues.
My reverse replacement implant is now infected and I need to have all my hardware removed, an antibiotic spacer put in for 6 weeks, and then a new implant put in once the infection is gone. Fun! Just keeping you updated since it's still not fixed haha.
Mostly 3rd probably for most people, it's not really a fast track. I'm in 3rd and 4th mostly but I'm a lugger. Go to Spoaks if you want something faster.

Haha don't feel bad I was the one that went down.. you really didn't have anywhere to go. I've got some good bruises and tire marks and I re-injured my ankle with a small sprain but nothing major. I'm just glad I was able to finish the race and felt like I was still riding good. You had a good race!
