English literature and language comprise of vast oceans. Till now we have done some poems, stories, essays, Aristotle's Poetics, Doctor Faustus, Animal Farm, The Merchant of Venice, Othello, Macbeth, As You Like It, Hamlet, Arms and the Man, She Stoops to Conquer, Justice, The Tempest and so on. I target to cover during this session- history of English literature, literary devices, some more stories and poems, some critical books like preface to lyrical ballads and Orientalism. I will give some suggestions on how to write an explanation, a precis, a critical appreciation, a long answer and similar other topics will be discussed in the coming days. Translation, active-passive voice, direct-indirect narration are also in my list. But all this will take time. So be with me if you love English and if you are from Hindi or Urdu background. One thing more, if you are interested in detailed study, you will like this channel. Thank you. Regards. Dr Sulekha Jadaun. KR PG College Mathura, UP.
