Those adorable stickers that are like monsters. Where did you get them? They are stickers right? Or is it your art? I love them. I thought you said instagram maybe…. Thank you! Appreciate the flip through!
I know this is 3 years old, but I’m very new to silhouette and making as well as printing stickers. You my dear lady just made it super easy and I could follow you along and understand. THANK YOU for helping this 53 year old learn a new skill! 😊
I’m so glad that these videos can still help anyone learn a new skill!! Feel free to message me if you ever have any questions that my videos don’t answer. I can usually help since I’ve been around the block a time or two with silhouette! 😊
@@pitbullmomplans THANK YOU very much, I just may have to do that! I was trying to cut some that I purchased the cut file from a nice ETSY seller yesterday and for some reason, it just won't cut. I have the proper file, correct kiss cut settings for me, and still couldn't figure it out. I will try again today.
@@happyone444able send me a picture of the cut settings and things when you try again and I’ll see if I can help 😊 (although it is 8:30pm where I am currently sooooo might be tomorrow 😂)
@@pitbullmomplans I so appreciate that! Somehow I gathered the strength to try again and played around with the "simple, line, fill" area. For whatever reason it wasn't working on the "simple" option, but when I played around with the line area, I got it to cut fine. I have no idea exactly what I did, other than think about cussing a whole lot, which I was able to refrain from. I so appreciate your offer to help!! Thank you! 😊
Thank you so much for this video! I was thinking this would be a much harder task but you made it so simple. I’m using a Wonderland222 planner in 2024 and am so excited to resize my HP/EC kits.
@@LouiseMcvey you need the pro version to save as a JPG and then put it underneath your cut lines in a different file. I’ve never done it but I’ve watched people on RU-vid do it
Thanks for posting this! I was really inspired by the video you posted of your 22-23 planner. It inspired me to make some pages for my own teacher planner and paste them in, so that I could repurpose pages I wasn't going to use (July '23 and July '24). I used to use an EC but the layout really didn't work for me, so I've been trying other options. I REALLY like the idea of using a blank EC notebook and printing in the pages.
Agreed. I can’t believe how expensive they’ve gotten since I first started buying them too. Get last year’s planner on sale and redate with stickers. That’s what I do for my memory planners now! I put stickers in anyways, so why do the dates matter?! 😂
Would love to see a 2024 video and also a teacher planner one! I teach middle school and totally agree about your assessment of post covid teaching struggles.
I am starting to get interested in bullet journaling. I bought a cheap one from Michaels as well to just put down ideas for spreads too, because some of these journals are pricy! I think a dated planner is more my speed overall but i liked your insights.
I’m glad my insights could be… insightful? 😂 lol but in all reality, I think trying something you’re interested in (cheaply) before you invest is always the way to go! If you realize you’re not a huge fan, than no love lost, right? 😊 thanks for being here 🤗
I just discovered this video and learned so much. Thank you! I'd love to see more how to videos especially how to make larger dashboard box designs and how to keep silhouette from cutting things you don't want cut. You're such a good teacher.
I love this! I'm also doing a no buy and I had to stop myself yesterday from buying stickers. I looked at all the stickers I have and was like use what you have 😊 I have way too much stationery & books so I have to keep reminding myself to get through what I have and I don't need anything else. Thank you for sharing your update! Love your videos 😀
I plan to do at least half a no buy year. My categories are mainly stationery items (of course) but also everything else. I plan just to buy the necessary things I need. And I will continue to declutter all the things I don't really need. My budget planner will hopefully help me stay accountable. I don't earn a lot of money so I plan to streamline my spending and invest more in selfcare than in stuff I don't really need. So good luck to all of us next year! 🍀
Best review of this planner EVER - thank you! I’m (impatiently) waiting for mine to arrive rom AliExpress. I’m going to use it as a nutrition/movement planner and can’t wait for it to get here. It’s crazy (in a good way) how these books gets us all so excited! 🙃
Trust me, you're going to love your 5 year techo. I got mine in 2020, as it was supposed to be a memorable year (and it was, just not for the reason I thought). I absolutely love it. And it's more fun the second year because you can now begin to look back. The hardest thing for me is to shorten my day's entry to make it fit. But then again, that's what my regular journal is for.
Congratulations on full time teaching position! I love the lighthouse cover also. I being my usual autistic collector self bought a lot of covers. Not as many books. I do not like the Stalogy books much since the grid is so faint, it strains my eyes to write on it. Add a pencil board and you cannot see anything, it might as well be blank. Love the idea of an A6 travelers notebook.
Hi! Great video! Your explanations are awesome. I recently had a problem while cutting some stickers. The job stopped and my machine said the job was complete, however, only the red outlines were cut and not the blue ones. I had to resend the job and set the machine to only cut the blue outlines. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!!
Great video! Quick question- when I drag and drop the icons into silhouette studio the outline turns red instead of staying black. Can you please help? Thanks!😊
In the top left hand corner is the colour selector for whatever item you have selected. Theres a line option and a full option. Just switch your red lines to black
